Our mission is to exceed the expectations of our clients with accurate, thorough, timely and responsive service. Founded in 1980 by John W. Hamilton, MAI, and joined by Walter L. Ricci, MAI, CCIM, in 1993, the firm's San Francisco office provides professional appraisal services throughout California and the greater West Coast.
Our first priority is to obtain a clear understanding of our client's objectives. We then conduct thorough research and analysis specific to each individual project using our extensive database and market resources as well as the most timely and reliable cost, demographic and market data available. All assignments are thoroughly inspected, supervised and reviewed by one of our MAI principals.
Many of the firms associates have backgrounds in other facets of the real estate and finance industries, such as brokerage, property management, urban planning, government agencies, development, and investment banking. This enables the firm to analyze unique and difficult properties from various perspectives.
