Walter Ricci, Principal, MAI, CCIM
Walter Ricci is the managing partner in charge of Hamilton, Ricci & Associates.
He has more than 25 years of experience providing appraisal and valuation
consultation services. He holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute,
the CCIM designation from the Commercial and Investment Real Estate Institute
and is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of California.
Mr. Ricci has a wealth of experience providing valuation and consultation services for both public and private sector clients, including participation in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate for investment, condemnation, and lease-versus-buy analysis.
